Dr. Gazmend Mustafa is a specialist in Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery.
With many years of experience in the field, he is recognized for his expertise in procedures such as breast augmentation and reduction, primary and secondary rhinoplasty, advanced facelift, abdominoplasty, facial lipofilling, gluteoplasty and blepharoplasty.
After graduating in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Turin (2006), he continued his training with a Specialization in Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at the same university, completed in 2013.
His professional career has seen him hold key roles in prestigious healthcare institutions.
He currently works as a plastic surgeon at the Italian Auxological Institute.
Previously, he served as Head of the Reconstructive Plastic Surgery, Vascular Surgery and Diabetic Foot Unit at the
University Trauma Hospital of Tirana (2013–2020).
He has also gained clinical experience at:

Dr. Mustafa has performed more than 2500 reconstructive plastic surgery procedures as first operator, developing a deep mastery of the most advanced surgical techniques. Alongside his clinical work, he has served as Plastic Surgery Tutor at “Our Lady of Good Counsel” University in Tirana.
His commitment also extends to the humanitarian field: he was coordinator of the “A New Smile in Tirana” project, promoted by Prof. Giovanni Bocchiotti in collaboration with Compagnia San Paolo and the Albanian Children Foundation (2007–2013). He also played an active role in the “Kosovo Calls” humanitarian mission during the Balkan conflict, providing medical assistance to refugees from Albania (1999–2000).
Thanks to his international experience and continuous pursuit of innovation, Dr. Gazmend Mustafa is considered a reference figure in plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, combining technical excellence, meticulous attention to detail and a personalized approach for every patient.
